A contamination fee applies when non-approved materials (e.g., mixed garbage in recycling bins, cardboard in waste bins, or prohibited items) are found in the container during pickup.
Containers require a flat, accessible space that allows our trucks to safely pick up and empty the bin.
Yes. While our standard pricing covers regular pickups, certain situations—such as contamination, overloading, or unscheduled pickups—may result in extra charges.
Absolutely. We assess your site and waste volume to design a customized, cost-effective waste management plan.
If our driver cannot safely access or service your container due to vehicles, snow, locked gates, or obstacles, a return-trip fee may apply.
Damage caused by regular wear and tear is covered, but customer-caused damage (e.g., fires, misuse, impact, graffiti) may result in repair or replacement fees.
