Lighten Up! Dare To Be Your Most Radiant Self Symposium Coming To Chateau Vaudreuil

Calling all women! Are you finding that the routine of everyday life is weighing you down? Are you looking to reignite your passion for life but just not quite sure how – or even know what that passion actually is?

Then the Lighten Up! Dare To Be Your Most Radiant Self Symposium may be just what you need.

On Sunday, November 8th about 150 women will be gathering at the Chateau Vaudreuil to take part in an all-day event specifically designed to help them to expand their perspective and lighten their spirits.

Sharon Cohen, a well-known Naturopath and speaker, and Bhaskar Goswami, a widely respected Yogi and Founder of Daana, will be the primary facilitators for the day and will be leading the participants through a number of different exercises specifically designed to help them focus their energy and intentions on moving their lives forward in the direction they love.

Along with these activities, Susan Wener will also be joining the event as a key note speaker. Susan is a two time cancer survivor and will be sharing her amazing life story and how she discovered that it’s not what life brings you but how you deal with the circumstances that matters most.

As much as the Symposium is focused on helping women to live their most radiant lives, it is also dedicated to giving something back to the community.

There will be a number of different exhibitors onsite at the event sharing their valuable products and services and the organizers are also giving space to the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre to share information about their organization along with raising awareness about the valuable programs that they provide to individuals who are experiencing cancer.

Also a shoe and boot drive is being organized and coordinated with Recycle Junk and Entourage – two companies that will also be exhibitors at the Symposium. With winter coming, there is a dire need for boots for the homeless. There is also a shortage of shoes specifically for women and are really needed to help support the many women who are living in shelters. Participants of the symposium will be encouraged to empty their closets of their unused shoes and boots and donate them to help others. As Gilles Galliano of Recycle Junk says “your old shoes and boots are better than no shoes or boots to someone who doesn’t have any at all.”

So if you are interested in lightening up your life and participating in this Symposium, just visit Sharon Cohen’s website to register (www.sharoncohen.ca). The cost is $129 plus taxes and includes a healthy lunch and organic snacks. Be sure to register soon as space is limited.
